Order Confirmation
Once placed, orders cannot be cancelled or modified. Please review your order details carefully before finalizing.

Delivery
We strive for timely delivery, but delays may occur due to weather, strikes, or unforeseen issues. CMB is not liable for such delays.

Shipping & Handling
Shipping charges are separate and non-refundable. We pack products with care, but delivery is at the customer’s risk.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds. If you face a genuine issue, please contact us with full details.

Product Complaints
Complaints must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with valid proof. CMB reserves the right to accept or reject complaints based on product description and standard characteristics.

Limited Liability
CMB is not responsible for health issues caused by food allergies or improper storage after delivery. Always check ingredients if you have dietary restrictions.

Intellectual Property
All recipes, brand names, images, and content on our website and packaging are the property of Chawla Misthan Bhandar. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Order Fulfillment
Orders will be considered successfully delivered if the recipient is unavailable, address is incorrect, or delivery is accepted by a third party (e.g., neighbor or security).
