We at Chawla Misthan Bhandar take pride in delivering fresh and authentic sweets. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:

Stock Availability: - CMB is always stocked-well however there may be stock discrepancy considering the real-time basis & few items can go out of stock. In case we are not able to fulfil few items in your order – we will contact you regarding the same & on the basis of your decision further action will be taken.

Order Dispatch- Packages are dispatched within 24 hours after receipt of payment and are shipped via reputed courier partners. We use trusted courier partners to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

Delivery: Products will be delivered in 2 to 4 working days - not including public holidays or declared holidays.

Shipping Charges: - Shipping cost include packaging, handling and postage costs. Shipping costs may vary based on the total weight of your order and destination of the order. We recommend placing all items in one combined order to avoid multiple shipping charges. We cannot merge separate orders after they’ve been placed.

Shipping & Packing Charge:
Applicable for local/Delhi NCR delivery only.(Not applicable on store pick-up)

·       2.5kg -5kg -600/-

·       5.5kg -7kg - 800/-

·       7.5kg-10kg -1100/

 

Packaging and Safety:
Your sweets are packed with utmost care. We use sturdy, appropriately sized boxes to ensure they arrive fresh and intact. Fragile items are handled with extra caution to minimize any risk during transit.

Delivery Timings:
Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions or transportation strikes.

No Modifications after Order Confirmation
Once your order is confirmed, no changes to address or delivery instructions can be made. Kindly double-check your details before placing the order.

Delays Due to Weather or Emergencies
In case of floods, storms, or other natural disruptions, Chawla Misthan Bhandar reserves the right to reschedule your delivery for a safer date.

Fixed Delivery Address
Deliveries will be made only to the address provided by the customer at checkout. Redirection or change of address is not possible once the package is out for delivery.

One-Time Delivery Attempt
We make one delivery attempt per order. If the delivery fails due to customer-side issues, the order will be considered fulfilled and no refund or redelivery will be made. You may arrange to collect your package from our main Ferozepur Jhirka Outlet. 

When an Order is Considered Delivered

Your order will be marked as delivered and complete in the following cases:

• Incorrect or incomplete address / Recipient not available at the time of delivery
• Locked house or premises
• Invalid or unreachable contact number
• Recipient refuses to accept the order
• Order delivered to building reception, gatekeeper, or neighbour (as per delivery protocols)
