Refund policy

Cancellation: - Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or rescheduled by the customer. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 2-3 hours of placing an order. Please call on the above numbers regarding the same.

Refund Policy for failed transactions:-

At CMB, we understand how important a smooth payment process is for our customers. In the rare case that a transaction fails but the amount is still deducted from your account, we ensure the following:

- If your payment was deducted but the transaction did not go through, we will refund the full amount.

- The refund will be processed automatically to the original payment method.

-Refund will be credited within 7 to 10 days into your original payment method.

Refund Policy for other transactions:-

Refund/Replacement requests will be considered only if the request is made to our contact numbers (8860004222, 8860004333) within 12 hours of receipt of delivered items.

In case of receipt of wrong item, damaged items - customer will have to provide adequate information (including photographs) so that we can inspect internally / with our courier partner.

CMB (Manohar Lal Enterprises) retains the right to accept or deny the refund request on the basis of all the information received from the customer vs what was promised on the website and product delivered.

If the refund request is approved then refund will be credited to original payment method used during the purchase.
